After multiple attempts at getting the sprocket teeth to match the tracks I reckon I am 99% on the mark, did one sprocket, the other is now printing...the end is in sight. 8O

And an awesome end it will be too! :clap: :clap: :clap: This project has been interesting, entertaining, and inspiring to watch. One fine day if I get time I must make the pilgrimage down to Bristol Armoured Division meet and see all the wonderful builds up close and in action.

Great work Rob

You will be more than welcome Alwyn. I think likewise, and would love to see your creations in the flesh. :thumbup:

There we go, tyres painted, tracks painted and fitted, and given the whole tank another coat of paint. Handbrushing Vallejo gives an excellent finish and its far easier to get into all of the nooks and crannies.

I still need to align the tracks/sprockets. I am also going to be pushed for space in the hull, test fitted a battery, and by the time I have fitted a speaker I am down to Clark/RX18 size on the main board, and that's pushing it.

..and conjured up almost out of a wish, and thin air! Quite an achievement. Amazing what can be done with determination, and a 3d printer. Mind you, the ability to write code was an essential, and it's one few of us possess. :think: Thanks, by the way, Rob for the periscopes. Much appreciated :thumbup:

Having got as far as all cosmetics done, I have managed to fill up two workbenches with so much garbage that I have had to put it on a shelf out of harms way. The Arduino project has taken over for a short while. Still undecided on a board to go in it (assuming it actually runs smoothly - if it doesn't then it will make a nice ornament... :shh: )

A quick test, gearboxes not screwed down, just checking to see how it runs, sorry about the quality, my phone doesn't like fast moving objects in video mode and low light. :{
