Use the bluetac method for hard edge cammo mate. Lay down the base coat, then work out where you want the second colour to go and use a rolled up length of bluetac to mark out the edges of that colour. Mask off everything you want to stay base colour using paper and masking tape. When that layer is dry remove all the masking and bluetac. Then work out the areas you want done in the next colour and using the bluetac mark out the edges and mask off everything you want to stay either base colour or first cammo colour. People have got some stunning results with this method. Got to be honest I'm going to give this method a go when I get round to respraying the " paper Panzer " with hard edge late war cammo. All the best for now

I have sprayed the skirts now , the idea was for a washed out look . Ive also moved the arial to the correct location . I just need to add a dummy one for the other side . Thats if Stugs actually had two arials ?

Hi Alan , Thanks mate , yer go for it . mind you mines not the final model . You can still do one without zimmerit and add the coaxil MG , self defence weapon , barrel travel lock etc . I like the early Stugs but cant afford the proline kit at the mo .

Keep up the good work, crosses look fine not sure about unit markings but you could print your own if you can't find the exact ones you need.Cheers Blake

Hi Blake, Thanks mate it was tricky painting them over the zimmerit . I might leave of unit markings as the one I got my ideas from doesnt have any and the only way you would know it was ss was by the crew abandoning it . I just got to make the wooden jack block , decide if to have a working convoy light or not and do some thing with the track links . There the Impact ones (didnt think I would ever get this make , but Steve at WDM had a good deal on them ) so will check on the site for the best way . I dont realy want to paint them.
