You must have fingers like needles (or like Mr Hugills) to consistently pull off these functional details.
A period picture of one of these machines did not hold my attention like a similar one from a different theatre/period, untill I got to see the fundamentals of what makes them what they are.....................
The PERSHING, THE m51'S etc etc.................when you guys put the extraordinary effort into them that makes them stand out, thats the beginning of the learning curve for 'heathens' like me
Kudos to you mate
What HERMAN said :haha:

Good Morning,
Thank you both, my Friends. The work is a large part of the satisfaction for me. *chuckles* I woke up this morning with a better idea for the Loader's hatch hinges and a different mount for the tow cable end on the rear plate. I'll have to see if my yankee drill is up for the job tonight. ;o)
regards,
Painless

Alpha,
I'm tempted to grab a few items and the turret and work while I'm sitting here on the phone. I know tho' to keep work and 'fun' work separated. ;o)

Painless

Sometimes, I just cannot leave well enough alone. :o) At least now, I can move forward again with the lower hull. I still need to figure out what I am doing with the phone box and the tow hook mount there. Pictures:

Thanks, Alpha, my work was confined to Sunday because of errands and a local meet on Saturday. I did manage to get a couple of detailing things done. Pictures:
