Thank you Mr Bix for your continued interest, i am always a bit wary that as a project goes on for quite a while that people may loose interest and get bored of it.

hope not, any vision of someones method of solving a problem in the hobby is gold.
One never knows when it will happen to them and your solution provides a way out of a sticky situation.

We haven't lost interest...a lot of my projects span years so I can't talk anyway.

Hi folks,
Well after a while I have finally managed to get back to work on the XM800T, one aspect of the build I have been dreading is the drivers 5 viewing ports, these are not like regular tank viewing periscopes but are more like viewing ports that are recessed and built into the Hull and are arranged in a semi circular pattern under the driver hatch.
All 5 have been completed and fitted to the Hull, they now just need the armoured glass fitting after final painting of the Hull, like everything else on this build nothing is standard, I think they look rather futuristic as if they belong on a space ship.

Hi,
A little accoutrement constructed for the front of the tank, a pair of track joining clamps from brass and styrene, will be finish painted flat black and gun metal as per the originals, more to follow.
