Ok, I have contacted the organiser's, and will await their reply.
..and just to prove that I don't watch daytime tv...
...and this now self centres.
...and the 1/16 jeep project is well underway.

1/18 vs 1/16
After a lot of faffing about I finally got two halves of a 1/16 jeep, it will be faced up with 0.5mm styrene which will make it 1mm oversize, but hey, that's my stupid fault for concentrating so much on cutting the model into two halves and reducing the print time as much as possible. This mess still took 6 hours! To print a solid bodyshell would have taken 18??
