Good Morning,
These are both beautiful in detail and the amount of sheer hard work that I know has gone into them. Your best work yet, Alpha. ;o)

Painless

Thanks Painless... did the best I could with my rusty skills lol...I'm not sure they are the best... but they are more prototypical...of the tanks in GIRLS UND PANZER.. which is one of the cool factors of the show.... as the models of tanks portrayed in the anime are versions of tanks..that are relatively difficult to find in 1/16 scale

But that's not the reason I posted them here... I'm not sure if you remember... you suggested I post them together for side to side comparison...not so much to show my work but the size ...or what I refer to as "PRESENCE" of the tanks ...The Kv taking the award of course lol...It's turret alone is almost the same size as the SHERMAN :haha: ...that monster must have struck fear into the minds of any would bee infantryman ;)

What kind of cracks me up now is... when I look at the two builds side by side... it looks like the Kv beat up on the SHERMAN :haha:

By the way Painless.... you can literally see how the weight of the SHERMAN affects the suspension....the track slack is almost the same as on the Kv ...talk about short and stout.... I ran that baby over my foot by accident... and it's the first HENG LONG that I felt like kicking back... as the weight plus the track pattern really bit my foot :haha:

ALPHA, My hero you have done it again, quite brilliant, I have to say when referring to the capabilities of each tank versus the other, my money is on the Sherman, if the commander knows about his opponent in the Soviet machine, the relatively nimble Sherman only needs to force the Russki to fire at him side on, the KV will either fall on its side or the turret would pull out of the hull, it happened too many times to be funny as far as the Soviet tank crews were concerned. shaun
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

Greetings Shaun... I'm with you on the SHERMAN... in a real head to head match just her speed would give her an advantage ...giving her the ability to shoot at the lower hull and throw the Gigant off balance

But in presence... the shear awesomeness of the Gigant's figure would be something that would make one hesitate about taking that beast on ;)

Have a good monday Shaun
