Your Challenger 2 in BATUS colours looks really good R32!

You probably rushed and installed the tanks incorrectly.

Indeed, Pavel, I did install them the wrong way.

I was not in a rush; it's just that I am old. I noticed the next day, but since I had very effectively cemented the brackets and tanks in place, it was too late.

Although......
Who can forbid the crew to hang the tanks as they want.......

Given the way the tanks strap onto the brackets on the real Challenger 2, after reading your notice of my goof,

I wondered if the tanks might be affixed in various orientations. I have some books to check, as I am curious. But right now I have to run off, as here it is Tuesday, the day for the unofficial, whimsical "Make Modeling Mediocre Again" group, when five of us gather at my house to swill coffee,

eat unhealthy foods,

and inhale paint and glue fumes

.

No, tea and coffee are not for companies...
I prefer "Captain Morgan" and other harmful things for parties and creative conversations.
May healthy lifestyle lovers forgive me...

Your de-seamed Challenger 2 fuel tanks look really good Dr Prof and were well worth the time it must have taken to achieve the “seamless” finish.
Nice work - well done - and thanks for the pictures

That is kind of you, zooma. Believe me, if I could now correct the mistake Pavel (a tremendous source of AFV knowledge and information) pointed out, I would. But I sure affixed those drop tanks to stay.

What is more, if you check Pavel's photo posted May 2, it shows how much detail could be achieved with some cleverly made straps and maybe some 3D printed over-center tie downs. Those would look great.
