Something they forgot to say is to pull the gun out when you get it as it comes retracted

Teeny tiny little speaker mounted vertically on the hull side by the smoker unit. My smoker unit tubes were not pushed over the exhaust stubs. The unit is held in place by its tubes so it moves around a bit too much for my liking. An easy fix.

Top of the hull view. Check out the ball bearings for the turret to ride on!

What I can see of the turret insides--my servo recoil arm to gun barrel screw is MIA, but that's an easy fix.

So there it is. Cute little critter that needs some massaging and finessing. Definitely a walk on the weirder-wilder side for a guy who's used to HLs.
I think this might become my first Pacific Theatre tank.

Mike.
It's not a single motor gearbox. There are two motors and it works the same way as the PDSGB with one motor for forward drive one one to turn. You can see the wires for the second motor in the picture. This looks similar to what dklm had in the okmo Bradley

Seen a lot of Stuarts and never seen that type of track on one. The only two tracks I know if that it wore were the T-16 rubber block track and the T36E6 steel track. Well now a correction... I just saw an Aussie M5 with some weird steel chevron tracks on Youtube so I asked them what type of track it is. Waiting on a reply for that one. When the Fort Snelling Military Museum refurbished our M5A1 they sent the tracks out to have the rubber reapplied as the core of the rubber track is steel. Kinda looks like someone welded chevrons on the bare T16 track blocks. I know that it's expensive to have the T16 tracks refurbished on the real tank...like $15-20,000 USD if the company even does it anymore.

I wonder how it will behave with different board? E.g. Heng Long 7.1 have servos capabilities and several speed settings to choose...

Me too! If that would smooth out the jackrabbit jerky speed control issues, the return to middle gun elevation, crap volume, and persistent radio whine, life would be good.

Disappointed in Coolbank's electronics, but the one Cadillac starting up followed by the second one is a nice touch, and ditto on shutdown.
