Did not like the hassle of decals on the Zim, made some stencils. Quite like the emblems like the hammer and lightning , thats something to look for and try to make. Would have been better to try the little one first as its a flat surface.
Not perfect but on the zim a little overlap and its not a flat surface , next time will use better sticky sheet.

Thanks all One question is it worthwhile doing a number on the rear of the turret ?
Panther and tiger1 yes but not found a king tiger rear no photo.

Yes, there were KTs with numbers on the rear turret, very unit specific though.
I will get a photo for you, but I feel your particular one represents a unit that would not have done it.

Numbers look excellent, the painted on look has always seemed better to me than decals IMHO.... I paint them on when I can. Brilliant work
