I have received the bluetooth module from aliexpress today, so I grabbed the battery, the voltage regulator, some speakers, wired all together and... VOILA!




It works! You cannot believe how happy I am. Now, that mobile phone will be fitted in my radio, and I will be playing and sending sounds and music to my battlefield!

I tested it inside a tank, and you can use there too, wiring it to the tank speaker.
The speaker outputs are in stereo, so it you want to use only one speaker, you either have to play mono sounds, or do a Y harness, wiring the two outputs in one.

AWESOME.
Now you could do a proper cool set up with a Sherman playing music like in Kelly's Heroes haha. Could snip that bit out the film and replicate it.

Lol, in fact, one the things I always said I loved from the ASP 2 control boards, are the custom sounds that I can play, just with my tank and the radio.

My sherman already plays about 225 sounds since years, so I am pretty served there, but I am sure some people can benefit of my idea, as you said, possibilities are infinite! )))

For about two pounds you can have music in any tank/vehicle/whatever, and that is wonderfull.

Work in progress... Is not the color I wanted, but looks good enough. I will fit some front and rear lights. I still have to put some more parts on it.

Well, here is my Käfer... Or Beetle, because I think it has a british number plate (you guys confirm me, lol)

It will be in my distopic battlefield, maybe this was a british guy (with steering wheel on the left side) or captured in dunkerke or god know what, but I put that numberplate because it looked cool and matched the car's color.

I also installed front and rear leds, that can be switched on and off (not showed in the photos) 3mm warm white front leds, and some SMD read leds.

As a driver I will fit a Indiana Jones figure I got in ebay one week ago for about 2 euros free shipping.
