Sweet as Mr Jarndice, Im pretty happy with the end result.
Added the helmets & jack block, blended in.
Will order an infantry model MG34 for the deck, but outside of that, its done.

No Sugar Coating Herman..... though it's a fantastic result ...I can understand why you lost enthusiasm with this one.... the more I look at it ...(no offense meant)... it needs something to bring it to life ...could be a crew..a gun.. perhaps the diorama ;)

Im not about sugar mate.................no matter how much you roll a turd in sugar, once you bite through it, the taste is still the same .
To be fair to the venerable PzIII, after a Tiger it seems an anti-climax(ask my wife, she is an expert in this!!)Both the White Tiger and its service vehicle need the correct setting to bring life to them. While not supposed to be static models, unless they are driving, they are static.
I have the Tiger and ammo carter sitting beside each other under my media room system and the difference is significant.
Perhaps a figure or two would help, but cant change the fact that there is no way under gods green earth Im doing the StuG next !!!
King Tiger it is..........................
In isolation the Schlepper is good, looks right, fitted out right, but lacks 'life'
The pics of them I have are snapshots of a service vehicle, ammo going into the mother vehicle at a hundred miles an hour, the crew sitting under the tarp cover, an MG34 on the deck, a utility.
A PzIII lacks 'presence' and this shows as this version is not a gun tank. Imagine how the crews that manned them felt............delivery bitches for the 'rockstar' Tiger units.
As what it is is depicted pretty well, I can rest easy on the result, but really have to get a setting done for them both.

By the way, I have the KT sitting on the turntable now and its BLOODY MASSIVE :O :O

:haha: Yes indeed Herman ...the King Tiger is big :haha: I don't have a turntable (yet) so you can imagine the fun time I had jostling that thing around doing the tiger paint on it ...Still with that said... it is a really impressive tank :D

You going to do some PE on it? Winter scheme again?

Yup ...you definitely need to build that base ;) ...your Tiger can stand alone...the schlepper even though it's there ...kind of disappears...don't know... can't put my finger on it... it looks great...just not an exciting character :haha: :haha:
This is exciting

Nope, Late Octopus version as per plan. Will have wide tracks and 9 tooth drive sprocket though.

So have you decided on a methodology for making the circles ...I have a tool that would be perfect...but I don't think you could get one in time
will take a photo of it
