I've tweaked the fenders so that I can now (more or less) drop in Taigen metal T34 headlights without having to 'completely' butcher them...

That GMC does look awesome. Real nice detail.

Can't believe JJRC done the air filter and exhaust. But it does add to and make the standard trucks look better

You probably already said this and I just missed it, but where did you get the tank for the fire truck? That looks like it would be the perfect size to put on a water buffalo trailer to pull behind a deuce and a half.

I drew it in CAD myself. Although i made it in two halves and glued together with cyano. There is a lip which means it locates and also helps support the join. Then the mounts are seperate, i also printed the hatch lip and hinge and lid all seperate aswell. So a bit of cyano together and all is good. The only reason i split it up was because i am low on filament and didn't want to have loads of waste in supports etc.

If i were to do it again, i would make the walls a bit thicker, but i am pleased at how well it came out, especially considering i printed it at 80mm/s and the Ender 3 was buzzing, maybe would do slower next time haha.

Will, you absolutely have to try this stuff.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/EMA-PLASTIC- ... Swqu9U4N-S

Sticks PLA to itself, to ABS, to styrene, whatever. Very easy to use, too. And cheap at 3 quid for a bottle that should last a year at least.
