Nice... I put a 55" snow plow on my quad when I lived in MN. Was so nice that I didn't have to shovel all that snow. The winch was used to raise and lower it.

Jib: for years my old university colleagues have been telling me to do exactly as you have: build a tracked RC snow plow instead of going outside on the tractor. Could it handle my 140 foot completely uphill driveway with a 90 degree left hand turn? Woo Hoo, sometimes the tractor goes downhill backwards in four wheel drive.
