A touch of Magic Grime and you've got a rather fresh, early Sturmtiger. Doch ja!

Went off the idea of a heavy wash on this as its really a fairly new machine into the field and with that being largely unused in combat until the later days of the conflict.
As its also a stand off weapon, I assume its spent a lot of its days in the rear areas which enabled the crew to look after it a lot more than usual.
Used a tan filter, same as that I used on the JgdPz4 to calm the colours down but not darken it too much.
Worked well I think, and streaked well too.
A bit to do yet but its close to done now.

Got my pigment action on!
A dab of both MIG 3004 Europe Earth and 3007 Dark Earth using diluted PVA glue and an old brush on the same dip, all over the likely bits.
Tracks done the same way.
Going to call it done..................just need to determine its plausible identity and location, then its into the Panzer-Lager with the others

Thanks Mr 59, the tracks will look better after a run to get the top off the chevrons.

Terrific aging and weathering. As to where and when, no clue (Tahiti in the mid seventies is probably wrong).
