Nice presentation

I thought a made a mess forgetting to plug the motors in then batteries going flat
Also managed to rip the traverse servo off it's bracket in the Leo setting it up, small glitch in the test mode sent the turret spinning and levelling everything on the workbench until the bracket gave way
But got to find these issues so doesn't happen to your tanks
Ian.

I can't take the credit TheIBUMan has done all the hard work. I'm only road testing it, and finding the longest road

Very impressive to both of you!!
Run up against any issues that would push back availability at all?
Any idea on release time line yet?
Thanks.

Hi Terry,
Yes identified some issues but all appear to be firmware or software related so on a positive note that shouldn’t delay manufacture of the hardware.
Currently there is a batch of IBU2 on the production line so I guess looking at March earliest but that’s just my guess.

Good to hear.
Main focus is getting the IBU3 fully tested and issues sorted then making available. Once that is done and settled down it will be the GSU, but don’t worry the GSU is already well on design/prototype stage so hopefully won’t be long too wait.

I don't know, I'll ask manufacturer. But even if it can be done it will be low priority until the IBU3 is fully launched and any issues rectified.
Had an answer and no the hardware of the IBU2 cannot support the features used in the IBU3.

I be bringing it to the MAD tank meeting (at Longbridge) this Sunday so all can have a play. Still a lot of work to be done on sounds as all new sounds are been created and there are a lot of tanks! But like the IBU2 users can create there own sounds and transfer to the IBU3.
