Hi Looking good for you guys ,if you need help setting up your insurance contact us at Hyde we will point you in the right direction for cheap insurance.
Now if your looking for somewhere to hold a meeting, if there are any old M.O.D.(airfield or army) bases near you that have closed but still owned by the M.O.D. they will allow you to use the part of the base for things like running clubs from (RAF used to have a base at Stafford ) This would allow you to have a indoor and outdoor battle area.
If you cant find one of these ,best bet is a community centre or scout hut could have a indoor meeting but check if you can run metal tracks (metal tracks can mark wood floors and rip up carpet)You may have to run plastic tracks only.

I think being in Coventry you are pretty central, the nearest to you would either be the Glad club (Grantham) , or the Bad club (Bristol) or a run up the m5 to Preston and the Mad club

Denzil trust me if you join the M5 at Birmingham and go to the end you wont be in "Preston" but in "Exeter"
I think you meant North on the M6 to either junction 31 or 31A
