hi raven, its not to difficult to turn the mantlet over, unfortunatly i dont have any pic's to show how its done, but basically you dismantle the turret and gun unscrew the plastic plate that goes onto the back of the mantlet, making note of all the holes in it, then what needs to be done is swap the holes over right to left etc, you can drill these then fill in the holes not needed. i'm sure someone has pic's of this being done, and will post them in due course. but if youre not to sure about doing this, have a look on ebay and the net, more often than not someone is selling a barrel and mantlet assembly, for about a tenner give or take

Wish you had said this earlier, I have just offloaded a complete Tiger Barrel with extension and corrected mantlet on Ebay for peanuts.

Easiest way to slice the barrel is to use dental floss (stronger than thread) as a saw, you will get a nice clean accurate cut. You need to get the thread going back and forth rapidly to cut as it generates heat and that is what allows it to cut.

If you are keeping the BB gun then you may find the alloy barrel insert is a pig to get through the extension section. Have a file handy!!
