Hi Mike
I did another search for 1/16th Churchill tanks, they seem to be scratch build not kits.
Here is another couple may interest you. They are scratch.

Don’t be put off this one, unless you understand the French or Belgium language?
As they say pictures say a thousand words.
We finally started to build the Churchill MK3

I think if you look deeper on this forum there has been a thread dealing with the Churchill.

Edit
Posted in Show off your models by flamethrower Oct 2010. Churchill Mk 3. Well worth a look at this one or perhaps send flamethrower a PM for an udate.

Thanks for those, sorry for late reply back at work now.

It does look like a self build is the answer, unless we can pressure a maker to produce them of course!
With all them small wheels I would think it would need to be one of the all metal types.

Hi Mike,

Before joining this forum I decided to buy the Taigen Tiger I after seing your video on Youtube!
I didn't get enough info from the firm that sells it in Holland for 229 euros.
Also thks for the trouble, you should ask commision for it, LOL!
Revieuwing different webshops I calculated that the metal options are at least worth 320 euros; so that makes a very nice discount
considering a non-option RX 18 Hl Tiger costs about 90 euros here. And the paint + zimmerit are really far out, most Tigers don't have zimmerit
which sets you back another 50 euros to upgrade and apply it, repaint etc.
I hope my full metal ed. Tiger I will roll in by the end of next week. Lets hope they launch more models soon like the jagdtiger.
I assume the rear mud flaps which fall off easily are from plastic? In that case I'll have to preorder metal flaps in replacement.
The long toy antenna will have to go for a 1:16 scale Wehrmacht antenna which is conical and about 12 cm high. Sets you back about 8 euros,
but it makes the model look so much better (as I did on my King Tiger, see my introduction here)
Kind regards,

Bram de Gruijter / Holland

Hi, glad the video helped :) I have had no issues with the mud flaps!

Cheers
