The tiger minus the muzzle brake is from the 3rd Co of the 503rd, turret #300 according to the captions on TIF.

It is somewhat unusual. The flat mantlet is from a pile left over from the cancelled Tiger (P) project, these were put on Tigers occasionally until about mid 1943 when they ran out of them. The Tiger itself is a "mid", in fact it's one of the first few Mids where the cupola hatch swings forward rather than backward.
