In regards to the paint, case and packing;
That may be fine for some.
However, none of these things have any value for someone like me, and I expect they just drive the price up.
I would prefer the option of buying this from Mato;
NEW Henglong 1:16 R/C S&S Kingtiger Tank Porsche Turret (Super Version)

and disassemble it, do my own paint/finishing, install and SLU and use a Tactic TTX404 radio.
The version sold by Mato has metal gears and would be exactly what I want and an attractive price.
Summary
If I have done the conversion correctly, the Walterson offering is over $100.00 Canadian for added stuff I don't want or need.
Having seen the price for the one at Mato, I will not pay the extra on principal (I can be like that some times
) because I don't like the idea of something being available, then having it removed from the market and replaced with something more costly, due to features I don't need and plastic gears for the extra money. I would prefer to have a choice.
I will likely do up another HL Panther G, instead, if this is the way things are going to be.
