1/10-1/8th scale
Re: 1/10-1/8th scale
I have pondered scratchbuilding a tank in 1/10 or 1/8 scale but it's always good to find sources for the running gear so I am heartened to hear that there are plenty of parts available to make the model work. If you were interested in a Cromwell I have got a drawing for all of the hull and turret parts. All you would need to do is to re-size them to the size you need and then cut out the shapes. It was a project that I was going to do in 1/6 and my cnc wood cutting guy was going to use the drawings to make me some plywood parts, but we haven't done it yet.

Re: 1/10-1/8th scale
Hi..
Thanks for the offer
..i have to say this is one of the most friendless, helpful forums i have been on
(that in its self is a breath of fresh air).
As for the build i am/will be doing ..is going to be a 1/10th panzer 4..drive wheel size after scaling up a tiger 1 is not far off.
Also think of using the tiger tracks..again after scaling not that far out..but the tracks will a few changes done to them..
Any help or advice always most welcome .
