I had a reply from Toyzcastle/soundbugs asking for photos of the missing wheel part so they can identify it properly, duly sent, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now.
I've fixed the wrong turret rotation direction and the slow rotation when I fitted a HL Tiger 1 turret motor, it turns out the King Tiger motor had been wired up the wrong way round! The turret now turns at the correct speed, about 11 seconds for a full rotation, not far off the real thing:

Engine speed 2000 rpm, 360 degree traverse in 19 seconds
Engine speed 3000 rpm, 360 degree traverse in less than 10 seconds

Hi wez, postman has just been and delivered the missing parts, which have come direct from Hong Kong  . The guy in the UK passed me on to their Hong Kong customer service who sourced the parts from the manufacturer and mailed them five days ago  . I have to say that they have been responsive and helpful with what is a minor issue compared to yours. I would certainly consider using them again, particularly as they are releasing the Matorro Jagdtiger next month!
