Thanks, it seems very well designed.And my knowledge of Russian Armour is very limited so I assume this hull is accurate?

Sax, I too am learning about the soviet armor. I know very little. From what I have seen in pictures it is very close to the real one. I know one thing, it is a very well built piece and I believe the best asiatam has made to date. highly recommend this hull.

Started doing some pre shading and cahnged the basecoat. i wasn't happy with the sahde I had previously...

I began the whitwash and weathering on the turret and upper hull.
My goal was to create a look as if this tank has been out in battle for 6 months under extreme weather condtions and fighting. Not done yet, but it's a start.

been watching your build from the start, i think this is a excellent build the KV looks awesome :thumbup: brilliant paint/weathering real nice, will look great when done 8) great work

When I see these pics and other members tanks of similar level detail, I am half convinced you guys are working in a much larger scale than 1/16, 'cos I cant seem to achieve that. Fine work, especially for a first go. Cheers, Dave
