Hi this next piccy shows the rear engine deck ,the side cooling vents tops now filled and sanded , also
i have added over some four dozen screw holes that were missing and scratched out the extra plate lines, added a brass handle above the step ladder to replace the one i broke ,and replaced the
splash guard to the correct place , also added a small plate on one of the engine deck areas and then added the two missing hinges on the armoured radiator cover,..........this will now have a quick blow over the see that all is ok,........

The tank was a very high standard to start with, the finished version is gonna be right up there with the very best of them!

These pics lads show how the remodded mantlet was refitted to the turret , i can take no glory of this as it was tankmans idea of how ,, it shows that i have shortened the bb gun unit to just what i required , this is cut both sides of the unit so the mantlet is almost flush with the trunnion rounded front plate ,it also shows that i shall have too heat he mantlet and add a bend just over half way so as too give the almost pointed look that the P4 has, i was well pleased how this turned out and must thank Alan for his idea .............

Just a bit more done, here in these pics you will see that i have now done all the weld beads ,
also added to the front brake and transmission cover the missing ingots , and then added the weld beads too these at this point i had to scribe in the missing front plate, and add more welds......the two holes over the driver visor have been drilled through this giving the illusion of depth here, on the mantlet face i also cut a double hole and then drilled through a single hole for the line of sight , the odd plate on the turret was removed and i shall place the commanders outside gun sight made from brass (i shall add this later) much closer as should be.........
Finally i have added the bolts to the rear cooling vents , these bolts go all the way down the side of the tank hull as they support the engine firewall.........but it will become apparent later on that in my version you will not be able to see them so no point in adding them,....
