Thats what I was going to post.....the m26's did not get the dragon faces, just the m46's.

I'm pretty sure he said he did it because he liked it, not as a historically accurate example.....

Yes thats probobly correct. There is a real one at the Patton museum i believe that has the same thing done to it.

I saw this done to a model Chaffee years ago and wanted to do it to the Persh it was only a chance to do something different. This was probably the hardest tank I have had to paint as I had to mask it all off as I used a airbrush for the face. Shermans were painted up with tiger faces as well in Korea.
