Dont seem to get a great ammount of time with the 1700mah issue battery.
Obviously cold out, the battery wasn't fully charged. Need to invest in more mah.

The cold saps batteries so I wouldn't worry too much. Just make sure they're fully charged when you use them and expect to get seriously reduced run times. Just have fun in the snow!

A tip on the battery, the 1700 HL battery is about as low quality as it gets. Invest in a 3000-4000 NimH jobbie and it will run forever on a single charge.

Just the gears, 3:1.
Only thing I think is worth doing is the "9 o'clock spring fix" or get new springs.
The front suspension is not strong enough. When the front of the tank is pressed it wont rise again due all the weight being at the front. Still got that to do.
