Hi Churchill, See my previous post. Can put a bit of a strain on the tank. This tiger is 18 lbs. Ice builds up around the idlers. Straight line driving probably better if you have the space. I just use a brush to brush off the excess snow and dab off with a cloth. Left it drying off on a towel. Will give it a quick blow dry with a hairdryer later. Run it around indoors for a bit also. Have fun ond do'nt burn out anything. I think its a good chance to get some still photos also while the snow is there.

Hi John, thanks for the reply. Will take your advice about drying off. Had my Bulldog out in the snow, minus 8 out side in Derby. Tank kept cutting out after couple of minutes use. Works perfectly again now warmed up in side. Did'nt seem to like the extreme cold. Got some good photos though.

Regards
Churchill.

Hi Churchill, Looking forward to your video. Willyou be posting it? My electronics went a bit crazy after a while also. Mainly the main gun got a bit confused. The main problem was trying to control the tank and the camera. Might mount a camera on the tank next time and and just concentrate on driving. Strange to have snow so early.

Although not much Heng Long left. It went ok though. 18LBS of tiger certainly made tracks in the snow.
Hi Johnf
Don't think Heng Longs are poor
Wish the Tams had that control option

I would like to try a Tamiya. Great detail. The henk long takes a lot of work to make presentable. They seem to have nice quality electronics.I ended spending so much upgrading the Heng longs that I decided to go for 1/6 Armortek next. Hobby budget blown for years to come but picking up my Tiger kit with all movement and sound kits in December. Christmas present to myself.

Nice one Johnf
Wish I had the space (and transport requirements) for one of those.

Transport requirements? I drive a mini and a z4. Just to traVel to pick up the boxes I had to get the tape measure out. Plenty of time to think about that. Have a tank mad friend with a Ford Transit.
