Scratch what I said before, I noticed on way home just now a shop called 'The Works' showing their halloween stuff in window, pack of creepy cloth that is 6 foot by 2.5 foot is 99p!!!! I have seen these shops in most high streets (at least in Devon).
Anyway if anyone has trouble finding it or is unable to I can get some to send on (for price of item + stamp and envelope).
This stuff is the most accurate scale netting I have seen!

Ladies hair nets. I found one on the pavement near to our local hairdressers, painted it khaki with tamiya acrylics and it looks very effective

I've tried a sterile dressing, cut 2 short strips, stiched together. Sprayed.
Some thread to try and bundle it a bit. Hardest thing is trying to get 1:1 gauze to hang like a heavy 1:16 tank net. I'm quite pleased at the moment.
Oh I then read that the Germans didn't use camo nets like that.

Rolled up will take brushed or sprayed paint ok...
Used them on my scratch built land-rover they looked ok when finished.
