when i sell something on ebay I always put sold as seen and non returnable no refunds given
Right
as you know i sell on ebay i offer refunds and exchanges so far i have only had a handful of returns for one reason or another.
However i have offered broken goods with a non return policy and this seems to be the way forward.
new items of course are offered with a guarantee. If you stand by your guns then you will receive neg feedback, however if you are not a big seller on ebay it shouldnt damage you too much. When neg is left make sure you respond to their comments dont slag them off just stste your case in a professional manner. Then other buyers will make up thir minds of whether to buy from you.
