bigmig, youre "novel" makes much better reading than mills and boon ;D ;D ;D, i think youre right though, i posted one of my 1/35 tanks in the non rc section earlier, its a bit bare in there at mo' but i'm sure that will change. it may be a little daunting to go through a forum at first but you soon get used to it, plus its better reading all about what people are doing in thier hobby, than watching that cack, "i'm a celebrity get me out of here", and you never know what tips you might pick up here. still. to quote bigmig,--"just my opinion for what ever it's worth"

Yup, I would go with BigMig. I used RCU initially for helicopters, then model railways, then nitro trucks, then rock crawlers, and then started reading the tank info and got hooked into this. Having a UK forum is a godsend, there nothing like having people to talk to in the UK who know how to fix things, where to get supplies etc.

BIGMIG i see what your saying and agree with most of it, categories for differant rc, static, planes ,trains etc are fine, what i think this post was started about is the fact that some catergories like the SHOW OFF, MASTERCLASS, TAMIYA/HENGLONG BUILDS and the new INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS catergory have or can have the same information in them and are very repetitive. What Matt has to do (and is doing) is listen to the good and the negative views of the members and find a good solution, which i believe he will judging by what we have seen so far.

Hi Guys dont forget that less than 9 months ago we didnt have a club a forum nothing ,then Rob put a post on the namless place asking if anyone was interested in starting a club in the U.K.That was in March now look what we have ,we are still very young as a club and even younger as a forum .The way we have managed to get all this since March is incredible ,O.K. some may feel its a bit to much when you open the forums up and in time Im sure some parts will be moved and intergrated with others a little refinement here and there .Its like everything it has to grow and will eventualy take shape to the requirements of the forum .We just have to give it a lttle time .
