Heres a shot of the HL KV1 barrel mounted onto the front plate . Ive also filled down the end and extended it . Im going to mount the mantlet later so the barrel can recoil through it.

Heres the rear end , Ive made the muffler out of plastic pipe , probaly a little to thick . I have pushed a pipe from the inside of the tank into the muffler so it can smoke . The other details Ive added are some of the lift handles , ariel mount , vission blocks and covers . Theres still some fine detail to sort out but getting there. ( I have now improved the muffler as the end piece sits at the wrong angle in these picts

)
Extra pict,

Looking very good! Does the plastic hold up well under hard use? I've been using 1/8" plywood for my builds because I feel it seems to work well under hard use.

Hi Herman , thanks for your comments . The styrene should hold up fine Im going to renforce the bottom half , the top half has brass strips fitted to the inside across all the angles to strengthen it . Im a woodmachinest by trade so I do like working in wood but this is such a small build Im hopping it will hold up.
Thanks Andy
