The boring version is i work in a call centre and the team I started in liked to give everyone a nickname. Nothing really stuck with me until I started to do a lot of early shifts. Missing breakfast i'd usually raid the vending machine by 8am and come back with a few packets of crisps.... so i got labled and as nicknames go I didnt think it was too bad. Then when i started joining forums it was the first logon name that sprang to mind.

The better version is quite a shy girl I worked with once asked me why people call me crispy? Feeling a little playful i told her i'd been single for a long time and it describe the state of my sheets....  ;D She didnt speak to me again. Some people have no sence of humour  ::)

I am a biker and founder of a motorcycle club here in Winnipeg, Canada. My club members named me Demon years ago, which I changed to  D'mon. And my bike is a 1996 model, so Dmon1996..... It's better than my old biker handle- Rigid Rider! For some reason, people get the wrong ideas....  ;D
