Hi Mickyb wait for a while there bringing out a new jagdpanther probable followed by a new panther which will be much better than the panther thats around now so if you must go and buy somthing how about a stug III or a panzer4 these are very good or even the panzer 3

Hi Guys, many thanks for your comments and well wishes for growing old.

Wow... I never thought that my question would encourage so many prompt answers...thank you all.

I think that I will pass on the HL offering, and possibly ask Father Chritmas to visit me via Messrs Tamiya.

Where do you think I will get the best price on a Tamiya Panther, this tank seems the most expensive model????

If you are buying in the U.K. try here http://www.modelsport.co.uk/?CallFuncti ... &ShowCar=1
they have a price match so shop around and find the best price then order from here to see if he matches the price.

yes i bought my jagdpanther from him

i got the whole package:

tammy jagdpanther full option

Futaba attack 4 controller + receiver

2 4600 MAH batteries

all for the total including p+p for £580, granted thats alot of money, however most places you pay 500 - 600 quid on just the tanK!

so worth it in the end LOL

cheers,

Matt
