nice, i would test it in the bath esier to retrive than from the bottom of a lake

the rc boat people must have nightmares about that
how are you going to keep water from coming in throgh the sprocket holes?

I have re worked the hatches as they were to small and Ive found out from war time and curret pictures of wrecked LVTs that the hatches seem to sit flush with the hull and have a raised lip around them rather than reccesed into the hulls. So Ive now done this . I used paper clips bent into the shape of the frames for the lips . Just need to sort the hinges ? Thanks Daisycutter as for your question Im not sure yet . When I waterproofed a HL Tiger tub I put rubber washers either side however I never tested it as had a change of plans . Yer night mare with boats but what about planes !
All the best Andy

Heres the ' wire lips ' . There just stuck on for now they need cleaning up. Im still leaving the front hatch fixed . Ive also started the rivets

The LVT in the picture is the howitzer model.

Hi Nick great turret . The rear engine hatch opens . This hinges at the rear but dont think it will give uus much access ? I want as much sealed as possibly realy .
