Hi Iain if you bought this off of him on ebay he is contracted to sell you it for the agreed price is dosn't matter if he has found out it is worth a lot more report him he should be banned from ebay .

How does this guy think he can pull this crap,on by the way I was stupid so let me screw you and re-post? Rat him out to e-bay,what was you original winning bid?

have complained to ebay ..... but i guess at the end of the day .. it will make no difference

ive asked him does he have a but it now and that i was watching this item the other week and thought it was sold , if he replies i will let you know what he has to say

Lets just keep asking him stupid questions all week but with feedback like that i doubt anyone will risk spending that sort of money

Some rat did this on the Mrs a couple of weeks back with a pair of shoes.

There was a BIN/best offer or a starting bid of 99p.
She put the starting bid on and left it at that.
No one else bid so just before the last 24hrs,the seller removed them and then relisted
with a £2.50 starting bid.

We immediately reported the seller to E-Bay who basically said hard luck,that happens sometimes!!!

Having said that though,I've just bought a pair of Tamiya Tiger 1 tracks for £5 plus £2.50 postage.

he just replied, but blanked my question about why was it relisted so ive asked him again ,
