hi there edelweiss
now i figured out how to do it .. its not too hard .. but you do need access to a serious laythe and a good piller drill as modding the tiger wheels has to be perfect ... just from the point of not scrapping the wheels .. it took 7 hours plus to do ..because i was checking and rechecking evey stage .. now i know how .. i guess it would take 4 to 5 hours..

Setting the standard on the new model, I'm still not happy with the way mines running, I've just ordered some new sprockets and idlers with the track tensioner to try and get it to run better. Did you make the skirts yourself?

Lovely job that you have done on your Panther.

Great detail, especially the mounts for the schurzen. If you get the time, do you think you can give us a how to, on the schurzen mounts. It would be really useful, not just for the Panther but for the Jagdpanther too. (Some close up pics of the mounts, how you made and attached them)
Cheers.
STEINER.

Mine was fine with the plastic tracks, when I put the metal on it started playing up, finally sorted now but it's been a pain.
