I wish I had thought of this before, but to RC one of these, especially the truck, I would measure the wheelbase (wheel centre to wheel centre), and the width (outside tyre edges). Then I would pay a visit to one of the specialist RC Truck forums and ask if anyone knows which RC trucks share the dimensions.

If something is even remotely close it would be fairly easy to cut the body off the Indiana Jones chassis and attach it to a pre-built off the shelf RC truck.
