So here's a perfect comparison. 2 Taigen Tigers. The darker tank is my first RC tank and the first one I tried my hand at altering the finish and weathering. The Lighter colored tank is the unmolested stock finish out of the box. Both will be repainted sometime soon. The darker one had several coats of green paint filter applied to mute the purple hue to a more appropriate gray. Then lots of use of AK Streaking Grime as it was all the rage to me back then. And of course heavy handidly applied pigments.

Yeh i do see quite a difference between them mate but your weathering has evolved since then as well
Also im not as scared now to weather a new tank as i was a few months back and think im getting a bit better as i progress along this road :thumbup:
