Welcome aboard Daniel from New York!
Funny how the internet introducing people sharing like interests all over the globe makes the world feel a little bit warmer and a whole lot smaller.

Hello everyone, Thank you for the warm welcome
I have a beginner question:
on the panzer 3 every time I try to drill fine holes along a shaft with a usb drill the plastic melts and blocks the drill
how do you do it?

Melt = heat. How fast is that drill? Running backwards? Dull?
I have drilled about a zillion holes in plastic including these tanks and I can't remember a melted hole (except when I use a red hot poker to melt a hole). Many of the holes I drill are with a tiny bit in a pin vise by hand.

Bujiinkan: I did not even know there were miniature drills that run by USB connection. I agree with Ecam: although certainly handy, the USB drill may be running too fast. I hand drill plastic with a pin vise.

Welcome from Ontario, Canada!
With a little 3d printer help I can see a Tacam R-2 or a Maresal in your future! Are you going to finish your PzIII in Romanian markings?
I have one of those little USB drills from Aliexpress and while they're nowhere near as fast as a dremel, they are still pretty fast and with a dull micro bit--like the junky ones I got from Ali--capable of melting plastic. Try a known sharp bit and get your hole done fast! Like the good advice above, a pin vise is the way to go.
Have fun with your PZIII!
Mike.

Still have to find a way to make the suspension good enough for the model weight
I bought the stl for a renaul FT 17 in 1/10 scale - I was inspired of a build in 3d printed section
And if it is going well next is renault ue shenilette produced in Romania in WW2

Just in case I am not the only one who had to look up the vehicle to which you refer, Bujinkan:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renault_UE_Chenillette You will have an unique project.
