Hi Mr Bix
To be fair i did buy 2 other tanks from Ali Express and had no problems whatsoever and they arrived within 10-12 days and as described
It was just my luck i bought from a trader that hadnt checked what they were actually selling
But lesson learnt
Yes Forgebear are brilliant to deal with

When you buy from Ali, and they offer several versions from basic to pro or whatever comes next, mostly they show a list above the version you choose which shows the features the tank has.
Metal gearboxes,
Metal tracks,
Metal roadwheels,
Metal swingarms,
Gun recoil and so on.
Please go to the add on Ali and see if you can find out which features your model should have.
I know, the adds on Ali can be a little tricky.
But, nevertheless you can make a beautiful model out of it, should you decide to keep it!
I got the El Cheapo version, all plastic (exept for the Schürzen, I made them out of aluminum):

Just an FYI, I also had a similar situation ordering my Panther G from MotionRC. They listed "metal road wheels" as well with their "Professional version but neither the Panther G or Jagdpanther come with metal roadwheels in the Pro version. It's a live and learn thing. I contacted them and sorted it out. If your advertisement claims the metal roadwheels then that's what it should come with and I hope they reimbursed you at least the difference of the cost to buy the metal roadwheels which come with the metal swing arms and bearings and annoying little screws and washers for installation.

As an aside I saw an ad for the Pro version of the Jagdpanther with metal road wheels from Toucan RC and noticed a difference in the ad's picture so I texted them to see what was up. They confirmed that this Jagdpanther does in fact include the metal road wheels. Based on the price it's a decent deal but I'm not in the market for one-

Toucan do seem to be 1 of the better sellers on Ali
The original asking price for my 1 from seller was £180 but the gave me a £15 voucher and i had another voucher for £1 so it should have been £164
But when i paid for it they charged me £149 as there was a tax/vat price adjustment then when it arrived we agreed on a partial refund
so what i saved and what its costing for the metal bits brings it to just over £200 which is inline with likes of Toucan and some other sellers on Ali
Anyway now i have it i am now quite pleased with it lol

Alan,
Good Morning. Don't be afraid to let yourself go a little Detail Crazy on your Jagdpanther. WWII vehicles all have a very industrial look to them that models of them benefit from with some attention to detail.

Absolutely Mr. Painless  Yours are always high on detailed parts. He could even just add some washes, weathering dirt and dust.
