Good Afternoon,
I have one of the earlier 1/35 Tamiya Tiger 1s with the basic RC. Turret turn and fwd/back, track skid steering type. The gear box in it finally went after I had gone through a couple sets of tracks. A nicely detailed model but only for indoor use. The Tokyo Marui 1/24 BB shooting Tiger 1 is a beast and finely made, details and all. The VS 1/24 series, I have the Sherman and Capture Version of the KV2. They are very nice to look at but have already cropped up some issues with the sound and electronics. As Jarndice noted, it is more fun and easier to achieve realistic detailing and performance from 1/16 scale and up.
regards,
Painless
