Exhibitedbrute, that's a cast-hull, cast turret Sherman (or whatever commonwealth army tank you make of it). Where did the upper hull come from? It does not look like the old plastic Mato one. I still long for a cast hull/cast turret Sherman, despite money being tight just now.

That’s the problem I’m having mr gunner. I can find plenty of photos of the grizzly with both 75mm and 17pdr formats. Largely of the same tank. But they are all in the Canadian training/proving grounds. I can find the composite with photos in Europe. Again largely the same tank but not enough were made to warrant cutting it up to make one best I can tell.

So the choices are a late American 75mm or a late South African 76mm

The Churchill has found its slippers, here’s a teaser of 2 project I have been working on under the radar that are just awaiting a Clark’s board and some weathering of some discription.

The a1 by the way is having its original turret put back on and the metal one is going on an a3

Not sure how that would be possible as not a single Canadian Grizzly made it to Europe. There is NO evidence. Contrary to some peoples claims who haven't shown a shred of evidence.
Although a composite would be feasible.
There's a least one Grizzly that went to Europe, I've seen a picture of it, I probably saved it but not sure if I can find it in all my pics. It probably had the dry pins tracks and the special sprocket.
