Took a random shot for our club forum to show a new rock feature we had built on the field and was amazed at how the tri colour German Panzer camo works on our field's dry environment even on the 1/16 version of the 45.5 ton beast

 Hello, congratulations on your camouflage, superb work, in addition when I read that it was done with the "Bombe" then I say bravo ,I am absolutely not good at painting, and even my fear of it, I 'also uses the spray, but just a uniform color, I wouldn't risk imitating you, as well as Mr.Chef in view of his achievements.., it's a gift acquired at birth, where fairies leaned over your cradle ....as it is said above, I will be happy to learn a little more....if you want? as we say "I follow "Baba...

Ok! I’ve had enough PM. It is bad enough when you lot across the pond, show me your battle grounds on Hobby Squawk. Now you have to show it on here. Please for once just show me a picture of weed infested, boggy, rain sodden, midge infested ground, so I don’t feel so bad about where I run my tanks. I have just described my garden. You really do have a beautiful place to drive tanks . And the Jagdpanther isn’t bad either.

Panzermechaniker: did Meter rat put his hands up to surrender? ...stick a white flag out the turret? Actually, I don't blame him for capitulating: it took me just a bit of a while to find the Jagdpanther in your photo, just enough time for a quick shot that would do me in.

Meter Rat has us Ontario Canada tankers mixed up with the SoCal battlefields on HS :D . Herr Doc as someone who lives in Wisconsin you know more than anyone else here all about glacial moraine soil(basically more rocks than soil) that is what our battlefield exists on as is shown in the thread Dean started

Those pics I posted from 3 years ago show just how much work the club members have had to put in after each winter to get it to where it is now (it's been improved a lot even since the opening day video) I could take midge infested and wet 12 months of the year ;) than not being able to use it 6 months of the year. I'll also leave you with Dean's YT vid of Mike's Tortoise. What an awesome tank and not that expensive either

Do I ever know about glacial "soil": I live on the side of a kettle in the glacial terminal moraine!
