The KV-1 we have in our club battles do very well, they have outstanding mobility due to its wide tracks and the short gun barrel helps it in close-in fighting.

However, do try to brace the bit of the chassis tub where the front track tensioners attach to. Over time, it causes the chassis to warp. It appears that the chassis material is too thin.
