Sorry to disappoint, but this is the un-boxing section on the RC Tank Warfare forum, not the weird fetish section on whatever other forum you frequent Shaun

A boy would be German, and a girl would be any of the allies and Italian I believe

Whatever are you smoking?
As a war historian, I thought you would have got that the allies referred to their war machines as feminine (she's a great little battler, ride etc), and the Germans as masculine, with the German equivalent of he instead of she.

It's something we call a "joke." It's a quaint little interaction...

That's ok, I was being sarcastic, which is allegedly the lowest form of wit ;)

HAH!

I can appreciate that.

I have just spent an evening with historical wargamers. Good folks. But...some of them are very, very dry. So I tend to immediately get a cringey feeling if I'm not understood. "No, really, I didn't mean it -that- way." It is a very interesting point you made, though, incidentally. Hungarian tanks also tend to be female; Fins too, from what I gather. I've never had the chance to ask a Japanese tanker (beware, that's an opening for a series of new bad jokes. I can feel it in my bones.) I would legitimately be interested to know that, though.

Modern Japanese are very much different from WW 2 Japanese.
Modern Japanese are far less brainwashed. One could say they are overly liberated.

Oh, and your "joke"
Don't give up the day job ;)

My new HL arrived.

In the process of weathering and scuffing it up.

Will post pictures asap.
Well, I'm still here awaiting the promised un-boxing, is it coming?
Or should I pack up my things and vacate this thread
