Lets all chip in a tenner.....buy an ex WD Scorpion and drive the bloody thing through the sorting office at Snow Hill in London,.....mustn't forget the 1st class stamp.....say we found it on the mat at home and need to return it to sender.....make a bit of a mess in the process of trying to park it in a sorting bin......and quite possibly a pallet or two from China might just slip through in the confusion.......sod it , we might just as well wait and get mugged by Tankzone.....

Sorry....had a bad day.....Mike

Hi Rob

I owe you a gigantic apology....I have not forgotten your request for fibre optic cable honestly. I sent you a couple of patch cords but they went awol as already said.....I have tried to get a trace from the PO but still waiting a reply. There were 2 of them valued at £45 a piece.... I got them via my mate who owns the company that makes them.
On 16th of this month my store is being re-cabled with blown fibre so I will have lots of "off cuts" so to speak. I was hoping that the cable and pipework would have been delivered to site by now......if it had have been, the drum would have been a bit lighter by now ::).
Stripping cable is not easy that is why I havent sent another patch cord....it's better that you have un-sheathed fibre then all you have to do is install it....or bundle it for machine gun lightguides....
Will explain better over a beer on friday or saturday......

Mike

Micky my friend, you owe me no such thing, I told you not to go to any trouble, but what do you do??  >:(

I only need about 3"???  :-\

Lord knows where the last 'samples' went, but please don't think that I have been sat here twiddling my thumbs waiting for it (the T34 build made sure of that), I was just thinking of a novel application for it, that's all. If I get some, I get some, if I don't then I don't.

Hopefully we will meet on Saturday, it will be good to see you.
