Looking good.

I just wish that Torro wasn't the only one stocking the Trumpeter PE bits for these tanks. Costs more in shipping that they are worth.

Hi!
Yes, it seems like the usual suspects dont seem to carry this anymore, when I did my first t-72 this was more readily available, wonder why?

Hi all

Next bit of my slightly dull journey! Fitting the metal suspension arms for the metal road wheels.
They’re different to the metal arms that come with the tank.
Also track tensioner and some running of the 7.1 board.

Very nice presentation. And not a profanity to be heard(editing perfection!!)
I would advise painting the roadwheels with the tires off before fitting them though, they are quite tight .

Hello Mr Bix!
And I really love what you’re doing with your T-72 and the gun truck, fab stuff!
My job is a professional trumpet player and I also teach kids, over years of late nights (and maybe a few pints) I’ve learn how to hold my profanity’s while teaching a small child at 8.00 the next morning! 😂
And thanks for the tip, I’ve actually got a wheel template I cut out for my other T-72, I quite like the idea of a little bit of over spray on the rubber, as though it’s been painted in a bit of haste 🙂
I’m going to model it on this one below, but it’s the mud flap in place!

Also on had a nasty experience on one Facebook group, with a bit of an angry man who likes to go by an alias sort of accuse me of profiteering from the war in Ukraine and called me Chinese ??. (I blocked him, and he was so angry he messengered me calling me a f@£king coward, complete nut job)
Can I please assure you guys it’s not my intention with this build at all, the videos are my worst performing, but I though if someone would like to make the same as a Syrian, Russian, or Ukrainian it might be useful to them. I also have a plan with this tank, I’m not going to say or put it in my channel as I’d find it distasteful, but it hopefully will do some good for little ones who have lost everything.
Sorry for the rant, I just had to get that off my chest, and I feel safe to do it with all of you. Thanks Herman for all the support you give on here, and funnily enough I’m teaching a lad in Sidney tomorrow night on Skype at 11.00pm I’ll be bloody glad when he’s moved back to Blighty!!

How horrible for you. There are some proper key board warriors on the planet.

I am sorry you had a hurtful experience on Facebook regarding your T-72. I'd bet that any one of us here on RCTW would be happy to have no new AFVs to model if it meant peace across the planet. We'd do jolly well with more and more and more models of old ones. There's is quite a variety left. Keep up your good work with AFVs and youngsters' musical misadventures.

Facebook :/
That’s why I’m not on it.
I reckon we all here can see past any perceived political messages that our respective tank models might tenuously represent and be focused on the theme & skills required to bring it to life.
Others may not have that life skill. You keep up the informative and well presented videos so tgat anyone can glean ideas and methodology to use on their own models & the outsiders can kiss your (insert suitable emoji )

Thanks all, with our hobby I’ve always found that everyone is helpful, and appreciative of each others builds, he’s the first person I’ve found who is negative, and just a troll, so I feel sorry for him.

And Herman I agree completely! 👍🙂
