Yip, you're dead right Mr Tankme, its the first H/l model I have to read the instructions on, and the lack of parts options down here also mean Im not ripping into the turret internals to fit recoil until some time later :/
That said, I need to put the accessories onto the turret in a way that means I can still get into it later
As for the tweety bird cage, I will place the uprights in the empty spaces once the accessories are on, and adapt the upper cage to suit.

A little bit of pre shading, then on with a base of left over 4BO green.
This is only to ensure there is no primer showing once the vast number of bits on the sprues are fitted.
All the bits are also pre-painted in the same shade.
Once they are cut off and fitted, I should be able to cover the cut marks with a final green topcoat of a shade yet to be decided.
I am a bit bummed by not having a control board available that can take servos, but im not going to wait to import one let alone justify the cost.
If our local suppliers do happen get a V7.1, I will go into the turret and do a recoil set up.
Yeah, I know, much better to do that now than later, but such is life as the ole Ned Kelly saying goes.

Cheers Mr Aussie, its getting there.
These things a very "busy'..............lots of sticky-outy bits to add on.
Really glad I base coated all the bits and the hull before assembling it.
There are little bits of primer showing through on spots, but I'm confident I can cover those with the final coat.
Still loads to be done.

That looks exactly like the same colour Heng Long just released of the T90 with Z stickers.
