Im picking it will be a V5.4 as its a 2.4G with an 8 cable supply to a sub-board.
if the controller has 4 buttons on the lower right , its probably a late, if not, still a 2.4g but an early one .............

Got all that ??!!

Its a 2,4G board, and thats good enough for now. All that having a late V5.3 might give you is a 2-option sound set.
Tiger 1
Leo 2
The next versions(V6.0 onwards) allow 4 sound options and various light and servo controls.
The V7 versions only have 2 sound sets, but different pairs (tiger 1 & Leo2/T90 & abrams) that I know of.

As advised by Mr Jofaur, there are lots of guiding posts in the H/L electronics section that should enable clarity on just what you may or may not have.

Im off for a lie down & an asprin 8O

Thank you for the reply and links
Yes the tx has the 4 buttons fight hand side
Got it in bits last night so I can start on adding the bearings and looks like it could do with a bit stiffening up inside the hull
Did the Idle wheels today at work just a drop of locktite on the bearings and fitting bolts has transformed them

to improve a KV, there are some metal parts here. sometimes more practical than modifying existing plastic, moreover he is a member of the forum, and good services and advice

Hello, what happened? to toast the platinum? Connection error, or others? Look in the sales section, maybe someone will have a chance, or replace everything, see the site of a member of the forum, who will provide you with very good advice , https://www.forgebeartanks.com/store/c1 ... ducts.html
