That is a very nice Maus turret! I will be building one too at some point
Historically speaking the Maus turret and the 150mm gun was dropped very early on in development due to excessive weight on the coil spring suspension and by the time the prototype hull was nearing completion a modified version of the simpler and more ballistically sound Maus II turret was drawn up with thinner, 80mm, side armour to further reduce weight.
